201 new highs on both NAZ and NYSE vs. about 50 new lows. Considering the number of dead fish out there, (gasping for breath), this ratio seems mildly bullish. More "stealth" rally indicators? <vbg>

ZH - Take a look at the PCS announcement. I had thought that wireless in particular 1X would generate a substantial new industry that would help haul the tech world out of its slump but the events ever since Dec 6th when the RS announcement about lsowing handsets sales took a massive bite out of the entire sector.

Now with these PCS numbers and the reaffirmation of 1X from PCS in the summer I think it may just be enough to turn sentiment around.
