Victor, Since my investing from 1986 I have found that most of the time during the up cycles VL is many times excessive in the time range. The Semi's equipment normally break to the upside first. However, IMO, it appears that CSCO runs parallel to AMAT with a spread between them.

We will have to wait and see if this is true this time.

NAIC data with the lower PE has the buy range from $11-21.2, hold range from 21.2-31.5 and the sell range from $31.5-$41.7 with an upside downside ratio of 4.5 to 1.
