Believing that they are choosing to stay in the company of 200 armed radical Islamic gunmen, that I find a little hard to believe. I'd believe the later rather than the former. On the other hand, if your first one is true, that gives me an opportunity to bash the Anglican Church and or the remaining clergy. These people claim to be religious people that believe things like we're all children of God, etc. What you're telling me is that they are more interested in some physcial structure then they are the lives [and souls] of 200 people. And you find it more believable that they would care about a physical structure more than the lives of 200 people. You can believe the four Franciscans who managed to escape; they said they were hostages So you've got 200 armed radical Islamic gunmen, surrounded by Israeli tanks and snipers and no one is watching the doors and windows. Presumably you didn't care about the Israelis using Palestinian civilians to enter those booby trapped building or the threats on the Christian minister. I imagine this has already been posted on the thread, but it's appropriate here.washingtonpost.com GENEVA, April 15—The United Nations top human rights body condemned Israel on Monday for "mass killings" of Palestinians and demanded it end its military offensive in the occupied territories. The annual session of the Geneva-based Commission on Human Rights approved a resolution from Arab and Muslim states that blasted Israel for "gross violations" of humanitarian law and affirmed the "legitimate right of Palestinian people to resist."...... and while the British, Germans and Italians voted "no" it wasn't because they thought the charges were unwarranted, it was because it wasn't critical enough of the Palestinians. jttmab
