My posts explain how MSFT reports their numbers. If the regulations change then MSFT will change the way they report. If you don't think it's a good investment, then don't invest.

what's wrong? are you really that afraid of the truth? do you really want the truth to go away so badly? the truth is the only thing that will make you any money in this or any other stock.... i suggest you deal with it....

that statement above is all you could come up with in the face of the evidence that MSFT doesn't buy back this 290 million shares? like they say they are by reporting the numbers like they do as if they are buying back these shares?

i've got news for you, that 850 million ESO's has been getting worse not better, your share count is getting worse not better.... are you really that challenged? look around, ask yourself why MSFt can no longer grow earnings per share, ask yourself why the P/E keeps getting worse even as your stock price comes down....

i've got a good observation for you..... go back about 3.5 years and see what your stock was trading at then.... and now compare it to what it is trading at today..... that is the time frame that these stock options started converting to shares, from when MSFT started this scheme of cheating you shareholders back in 1995 or 96..... back when they figured out that these ESOs could be used against you... as opposed to how ESOs used to be used, which was to reward and compensate employees.....

if you don't think you've been investing in a stock that has gone nowhere for 3.5 years.... then by all means, keep investing..... because unless MSFT changes their ways, you've got another bleak 3.5 years to look forward too....
