justa, the VXN has started to fall while the VIX is still increasing. That that slight drop in the VXN possibly be a signal of a turning point in the NAZ?

Meaning Nasdaq going higher while Dow drops. The reverse of what happened in the past few months.
I would note that outflows out of technology funds had continued for months while overall money has been coming in.
That that also be contrarian?
