WW is really trying to bring HWP down

If he wins his suit ---- HE & HWP LOOSES BIG TIME !!

CPQ looks to be OK with its LARGE contract business and their associated $$$ throught CPQ's product lines !!

IF (??) there is a re-vote --- I'd have to look at it differently and probably rely on MC's advice

Ya know, and I'm just noodlin' here, but this investigation by the US Attorney is very troubling.

First, just off the top of my head, just what federal criminal law was violated? Last time I checked the Federal Election Law only applied, strangely enough, to federal elections of a political persuasion.

Only by the furthest bending of federal law, would there be a Federal crime.

What, unlawful flight to avoid a merger, transportation of a minor division manager across state lines for immoral purposes?

No, what is left is that Walter pulled some strings with his buddies in government to cause Carly some grief.

IF THIS IS CORRECT, then

This is not right. This type of influence peddling wastes our tax payer money. It is in itself corruption of the highest and most dangerous form.

If Walter or his henchmen instigated this, and you heard it here folks, they will long regret it.
