Should jonny take comments on GAAP and options and make them look as though MSFT is the only company with an issue

MSFT is not the only company with an issue...

but please try and find another company with 850 MILLION outstanding ESO's.... and a $45 billion dollar ESO problem

please, enlighten us on the scale of the problem, compared to other companies.....

unless of course MSFT stock goes down, hey, now there is a reason to invest in a company.... i think the problem will get better because the stock price will go down.... so i'd better jump in to invest...... whatever.....

come on people don't marry your stock, pick over it like it was piece of fruit in a grocery store, see if it's got any fly's hanging around it..... just cause you bought it, doesn't mean you can't do any more research on it.....

and if you can find something positive about this stock let me know..... so far there is very little..... even the cash they got in the bank came from employees paying up front for their right to work rather from sales of products as Exacctnt points out.......

there is something very smelly coming from this company, and it is coming from more than one place.... you should follow your nose.....

jon.
