He's following the trends into the future. If - if - the democratic process delivers us into tyranny, then it will be the duty of freedom lovers to destroy the process. Our democratic process has maintained a pretty high level of liberty for 230 years. But it's a mistake to get so obsessive about the means that you forget the goal. A democratic process delivered power to Hitler. Here's a guy who would destroy the democratic process in order to save it. Yeah, we need more of them.
