you dolt, you don't go around advertising how really overpriced your company is..... $300 billion is no more of a virtue than when MSFT had a nearly $600 billion market cap..... it is more of a problem than an asset....

and 850 million include out of the money options only means that MSFT will "reprice" by reissuing more options to replace the ones out of the money.... as they did last time......

you'd better get used to 850 million ESO's diluting your shares, because they ALL will someday.... whether your stock price goes up or not... MSFT will reissue the ones out of the money so that even those are in the money....

get used to it, because MSFT already did it..... they've shown no mercy for you shareholders, they will continue to dilute your shares..... watch and see your value melt away..... as it has been for over three years....
