Significant?

TXN has a negative P/E right now on a Pro Forma basis. By guiding up to a Pro Forma 6¢ for the next qtr, TXN will be at break even - - on a Pro Forma basis for the trailing 4 qtrs when they report three months from now......... with real losses actually reported for the prior year.

Must be time to ramp it :-o

FWIW, if NVLS hits their higher guidance, they will have trailing Pro Forma earnings of 40¢ per share when they report three months from now. Even if NVLS stays at $52 per share, their P/E in three months will be 130.

OOPS! With NVLS already @ $53.43 in AH, they will need to come down a buck & a half per share in the next three months to have a P/E of 130.

Certainly time to ramp them all :-)

I agree that TI was more important, especially since I'm a holder of AHAA, as of last Thursday. <g> PCS's report was also fairly positive, wireless making a comeback?

I think the semis themselves have some catching up to do relative to the equips.

INTC is tomorrow, if we can clear that hurdle, we may get above 1800 pretty quick, as the shorts have been fearless here.
