I feel stupid, but I have searched Yahoo finance trying to find their stock talk areas... Anyone got a link?

Thx,
Chris

If management is correct, and it seems foolish to ignore their observation, LWIN will need to
raise about $225MM before the end of next year. Worst case, that will have to be equity and
each present investor would have an opportunity to protect their interest by subscribing
an amount equal to about $6 per share (37MM X 6 = 222MM). That is not a horrifying prospect
if by the end of 2003 the outlook for fiscal 2004 will be for some real earnings.

Of course, if such a prospect does then exist, equity or other financing can probably be
arranged on a basis that is not remotely feasible in today's market. But that is the big IF.
Playing around with Arun's projections through 2003 and trying to extend them through 2004
2005 (feasibility calculations) I come up with the possibility of earning $1 per share in 2004, with further growth ahead. That sounds pretty good, but it may be a very rose colored glasses view. I would surely appreciate someone taking a critical stab at a 2004 projection. Because THAT is what we will be looking
at when the die is cast on whatever financial package is worked out to meet the 225MM
requirment,
