I haven't done a complete tally, but it seems like more American military have been killed in the Afghanistan conflict due to a combination of accidents and friendly fire than have been killed by the enemy. What's up with that!

Of course the true "axis of evil" is ...

... fanaticism -- (based on greed, desire for power, and no concern for human life). And yes, it exists in "Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia". Also in North Korea, Indonesia, Sudan, many countries in Africa and dozens of others across the world.

The solution ...
