if you antagonize constantly with rocks, then human bombs and rockets, and hide your assets in highly populated areas, hospitals, schools and ambulances, there is NO OTHER WAY to fight. OF COURSE the terrorists know this and rely on the human emotion of sorrow at suffering most of us feel -- especially when we are not aware of the despicable way terrorists "fight". Yes, indeed. Most of Europe certainly has bought into the idea that since Israel is relatively strong and European, and the Palestinians relatively weak and 'oppressed', the way to be fair-minded about the conflict is to insist that Israel fight by Marquis of Queensbury rules, with full Geneva compliance as if they faced a regular army, while giving the Palestinians a free pass on suicide bombing of civilians, inciting children to martyrdom, using civilian populations as human shields, using ambulances to run guns, storming famous churches, etc. Naturally, the Palestinians have supported the attitude with a full "shoot'n'whine" campaign.
