jj, that's just a caryover line from his previous commentary. He's said in other posts that the time frame for that to happen is nearly over. He's seeing bounce (and the charts there all indicate it's happening). 35-36 QQQ seems to be a decent target. I think we may hit it sooner, rather than later, and begin our trek back down.
