"SPIDERMAN MOVIE : I think it will be a huge hit on May 1st.Anybody know any stocks that will benefit from the movie" Try Proctor and Gamble. They make all those cleaning supplies to clean up the web goop which will be showing up everywhere.

2000, you think NVTL has a chance to run up before earnings? I enjoy sitting with NVTL shares from time to time waiting on news. Shares really jump. Jane

Marvel(MVL) tends to be the stock that should benefit. They have many movies coming out with X-men, X-men 2, Spider Man, Spider Man 2(which has already been signed), Daredevil(Rumor has it Ben Affleck has signed to play the lead), The Hulk. All these are in the works. With licensing and what I can only assume will be a % of profits for Marvel as well as toys and other goodies, Marvel should have a couple of good years ahead of them. However, the stock has run in the last 8 months so these may have already been priced. VM
