Thanks for the maps Laz. I was just grumbling about the lack of maps in From Beirut to Jerusalem. He was talking about the UN partition without giving enough map details to sort out the boundaries, let alone an illustration of the partition plan.

Usually i jam out of discussions on Palestine, pleading a lack of study, because there are so many people going so far over the top in talking about it, what's the point, everything has been said before umpteen times over, most if not all of the accusations of evil on the 'other' side are so obviously true that further comment could only distract ... so it's not boredom, nor disinterest, it's a disgust and a disquieting dread for what it all means to the future of the species

But ya know another thing it does - it makes you heathen yanqui buggers look relatively benign, by comparison
