EGYPT PREPARES COMMANDERS FOR REGIONAL WAR April 15, 2002

The Middle East Newsline reports: "Egypt is preparing senior military commanders for the prospect of a regional war.
The preparations have included high-level government briefings of army commanders and a review of weapons and supplies of the major military commands.

Over the weekend, Egyptian Defense Minister Hussein Tantawi gathered commanders and senior officers of the Second and Third armies. Both armies, which have completed a series of exercises over the past year, are deployed in northeastern Egypt as well as in the Sinai Peninsula near the Israeli border.

Saddam is warming up the front. It was bound to be today as the situation got more fluid : Sharon was crystal clear, we know more of the Bush preparations and importance US attaches to it, huge, as Sharon franckly said why he stopes/cools his operation.
What else could Saddam do but say he is ready for more. Strangely, we had an attack on some usual radar station, or something.

But it is also typical Arab talk. Israel is still waiting since 67, for the Iraki jets that had successfully attacked the Haifa oil refineries and set them aflame but none were seen or heard, a stealth miracle, usual for those lands where strange things happen to some people, sometimes.

So, let's not worry about Soddom or his double need.
As for Egypt, they are not going to move. The sword of Bush hangs on the area, and it is much stronger than the Saudi one, or any. And he is buddy with Putin, so Europe blows its top, cause it hurts. Normal.

Finally, Leatherbelt Pals cannot harm America. The Arabs teenagers, students or workers already in the US are not that stupid, and have good reasons to enjoy life or expect.

So the next phase is, to slightly misquote Giraudeau's end of the excellent play "La guerre de Troie n'aura pas lieu" " There will be no Trojan war" :

"La parole est au poete Americain."

As you please America,
and there is nothing better you can do,
because we could have an emergency situation from Irak; and this time the Israelis jets will not be able to intervene as in the early eighties against the almost finished nuclear plant, or other tools he already has.

Need a name for the Operation,
an operation that, after all, singles out one man,
and the whole regime collapses :
