NVLS Another creative accounting scheme.....

* Other non-current assets in 2002 include a note receivable of
$244.7 million and restricted investments of $34.3 million both related to
the company's participation in the synthetic lease financing of our
facilities.

P.s. If you take the employee stock options tax benefit subtract 35% from the current earnings.

Thanks, Zeev. Like I said, I don't know the SOXX too well. It will probably take out 600 tomorrow on the open if there are the usual upgrades in the AM.

I looked at some P&F charts this weekend on the QQQ that show a breakdown to either 27 or 28. The last couple of times they had breakdowns, they were met at or near the targets after a fake-out, DCB, kiss of death or whatever rally.

28 QQQ would equate to around COMP 1450 or so, which would be a successful re-test of the Sept. lows and could be the launching pad for a rally off deeply oversold levels.

I know you are looking for possibly 1600 or 1500 COMP in June. I guess that's a long ways off, but I just wanted to let you know the P&F view down the road.
