I agree, criminals should be informants of the CIA, and they are. But there were many abuses by the CIA in the 60's-80's which are well documented. Hopefully Delta Force has taken the place of the pirates and right-wing conspirators. Hopefully the CIA will now serve the American people and not just a right-wing political agenda.
