Rick is right here - I was thinking like a bond analyst not a biotech analyst. <g> From the common shareholder's viewpoint, they have every incentive to spend the money. They are essentially playing roulette on someone else's dime. If they blow through the money and nothing good happens, well tough for the bondholders. But if they can work some research magic, then the common shareholders have a 10x or better upside. Peter
