Oh yes, Arafat wheezed out a denunciation of the killing of 'innocents' that was like a pickle in the Big Mac of his denunciation of Israeli 'terror'. Course, there are, in his opinion, no Israeli innocents, and WAFA and Suha Arafat didn't even pause their praise of suicide bombers. Powell says Arafat talks 'constructive' Standard diplo-speak for, the meeting was a waste of time. Still a step above "a frank and constructive exchange of views", which means people lost their heads and started screaming.
