The only thing wrong with your premise is Sec. 482 of the Internal Revenue Code which empowers the IRS to put right any transactions between related companies which are not conducted at arm's length. There are other judicial doctrines which do the same, favoring substance over form. "Paper" transactions do not fly under our tax code. Try again.
