You surely wasted that post, Frederick in the treetops! I just put most of what you said together so as to better understand if there was some kind of point. There wasn't...

"Light The Solon...... And you are FREE to believe this!! GO!! And you are FREE to believe this!! GO!! And you are FREE to believe this!! GO!! And you are FREE to believe this, too!! GO!! And, once again, you are completely and totally FREE to believe this, too!! GO!!"

You said FIVE times that I was free to believe; and FIVE times you said "GO". Thus, you wasted my time and yours with absolute irrelevancies.

Whether or not I need any permission from you to believe what I choose to believe is not an issue: I do not; nor does anyone else. People may believe, whatever they are capable of believing. This is simply a condition of our separation from other minds. It has nothing to do with you, Frederick.

What is at issue in these threads is discussing the truth value of ones beliefs so as to establish whether it furthers or hinders understanding, and (ultimately) happiness.

You could believe that you can climb a tree after you have cut it down and burned it as firewood. But you cannot. You can believe that you can drink a cup of rattler venom without harm, but you would be mistaken.

Appparently you do not have any opinions on the nature of things, other than to redundantly state the obvious (but, for you, wasted fact), that you are indeed free to have one. Well, why don't you, then? It is not about the Chicago Fire, Frederick. It is about you...
