IMO, I doubt ebay will buy PYPL. I might be very wrong, but since ebay just bought the the rest of BillPoint from Wells Fargo, I would think they will do all they can to make a go of it and try to phase out PayPal from their site. I don't know how loyal PYPL customers are. Would they settle for BillPoint payments or just nix visiting EBAY?

My guess is that it will come down to how much content Ebay offers their customers.
I've no position in either company.
