Notice how "they" suddenly "find huge quantities of hydrogen beneath the Earth's crust" as soon as "they" realize cold fusion is coming to fruition and posing a threat to "their" commercialized empire. Why? Because "they" know cold fusion means "game over" for "their" commercialized, controlling regimes, but if hydrogen must be harvested from beneath the Earth's crust, a new industry would likely be formed to replace the vast fossil fuels empire. But don't worry. Ultimately, cold/sonofusion will prevail! The fossil fuelers are merely hoping for a compromise (to delay the inevitable) that will not come. :-) John
