Dear Michael: But should the trial determine that HWP was not completely above-board in it's disclosures, this would have made a difference for the way CPQ shareholders voted, too.

_If_ the outcome of the suit is that there must be another vote, the only thing I'm over 90% sure about is that Deutsche Bank and Northern Trust will vote FOR. After getting dragged into this mess, WW locked their votes.

Off for lunch and some lottery tickets :)

It's curious that CPQ would opt to release earnings early and one day before options expirations.
