The DOJ got the European Union all fired up also. Of course the joke here is that all that happened is that GE got blown out of the water in its attempt to merge with Honeywell.

i hope you don't actually think the EU has finished its case against MSFT.... that would be less than accurate...... why would you imply such a thing? just wishful thinking?

Exactly why the EU blocked it. These are not consumer protection issues, they are competitor protection issues.
