Well, Lee- there you go looking at that crazy lagging fundamental data again. <g>
There's only about 2 or 3 fundamentals that I care about- Interest rates, money supply, and market volume.

True- the large caps have lagged the small ones recently. I don't expect that will go on indefinitely- Here's a nice picture of that: martincapital.com

Techs have also lagged the broader market. martincapital.com
I don't expect that to go on indefinitely either.

So, you have to anticipate the turn to occur, and when it starts- shift positions to capitalize on the rotation to larger caps and techs. Past cyclical bulls generally see the large caps start to outperform the smaller ones as the bull moves into mid- 2nd phase. As for techs- the timing is more of a mystery- so you just have to follow the bouncing ball (ratio).

It may be beginning here now- look at the volumes on the various Dow stocks today- big money flowing into T, INTC, GE, MSFT. quote.yahoo.com@^dji
