SM, re: You have to give Dan Niles credit. He was the only one sticky his neck out predicting this downturn when others were saying buy, buy, buy. He is still bearish on semis. What downturn? If you are talking from July '00, Niles was the most bullish of all the analysts at that point (only SSB's J. Joseph called that semi top).
