Why is the public FORCED to do anything?
Is there a gun at "The Public's" head forcing them to buy.

Tricked is more like it. But is there own fault for greed is the underlying factor.

Personally I think the public is getting sick of the mess and the runups/rundowns buy/sell recommendations and other nonsense is slowly driving them OUT of the market.

This is a true statement. The public has been selling due to this reason and others.

If they didn't buy the dip they will not chase.
If they do chase it might be the last time.

They haven't bought the dip, they are sellers like you had mentioned earlier.

We will see who is right, I called for a max pain rally and it came.

Max pain is a misconception. Max pain follows the market the market does not follow max pain.

Still sticking with my call of high this week or early next week.

Define your term high. Since a high is only relevant within a period of time you would need to also define that timeframe. This timeframe cannot be defined only explained to fit into ones own scenario.

It will happen before then or after then (in which case your scenario is the correct one).

I agree...
