Before he entered a street in Jenin, he was ordered to shoot all unoccupied cars to check for explosives. Nope. That's true, but in this case "indirectly responsible" meant that he didn't take enough precautions to prevent it, not that he caused it to happen. He was punished for being irresponsible, not for killing anyone. Remember, Israel was there in the middle of a civil war. -Z
