JC- he's helping out the states' case slightly while alienating Microsoft, possibly into having them support AMD less. The testimony is rather strange. Could it be that Jerry feels compelled to tell the truth? Haven't many said that Mr. Sanders is a master liar and distorter. Perhaps the press reports are distorting what he actually said. This is certainly possible. If this is the case, Bill won't be ticked off. Is it possible that Jerry is actually anti-Msoft but was under duress to testify for Msoft? Who knows?
