And I really don't know, but I just don't think he would allow himself to be tripped up by this particular attorney. It COULD just be that Jerry, who had plenty of time to read the States remedies, THAT HE WAS BEING CALLED AS A WITNESS TO, intentional did not read them which eliminated the states' ability to cross examine him!! And he makes his point, and maybe even admits to asking a favor, doesn't that make him believable?? Do you remember the movie, "Witness for the Prosecution", when Eva Marie Saint as Christine Vole says to Charles Laughton, If I had testified FOR my husband [played by Tyrone Power], no one would have believed me..."

When MS-DOS came out, it fragmented what was at that point "the computer industry." Did IT set back "the computer industry" 20 years (I would say it did <g>). JMHO. Charles Tutt (SM)
