I heard the TXN conference call yesterday. They were bullish on so many parts of their business.
May be enough cause major asset allocation changes.
The point where the turnaround for tech starts. Mutual funds are going to be buying for the long term and willling to accept any short term bad news (if any) from INTEL.

I think the market stalled up 50 points for so long because there were just so many buyers waiting to take the shares from the profit takers and shorters.
One could make a case for short covering into the close, driving the market higher as a result. Maybe we go well past max pain on the QQQs this week. That would signal a change from past months....a sign of strength.
