Paul, I am seeing more than that from Schwab numbers. There seem to be 4 strikes with peak activity for April. The 94, 100, 102, and 106 strikes have 1000, 4554, 4774, and 1089 contracts respectively. Perhaps someone is playing with spreads.

I see 5400 100's with OI ~34000 and 5700 102 with OI ~11500 so they could be closing positions today not establishing...
