Did you see NXTL....she was in the $3's a very short while ago....$4's just day before yesterday....trading close to $7 in pre-market after earnings were announced and they gave very upbeat forecast.......lotsa people switching to NXTL service...bodes well for the future I would think....I said weeks ago I liked nxtl for two main reasons...their pact with qcom and motorola to bring direct connect worldwide...for one, that would be awesome...additionally, if both those big boys entered into pact with nxtl, I would imagine they did their own DD and are not concerned about NXTL going under, and in fact their dd must have shown good things for nxtl's future if they entered into that agreement...and two....just like I've been saying.....I have been watching with my own eyes as more and more people in my town are switching to nextel.....I mean by the boatload.....everyday, I see somebody that has switched from whoever...to nextel...saw that with my own eyes and that made me want to own the stock....now, company confirms what I have been seeing.....they said in their guidance that they were signing on new customers left and right....how many telcoms can say that? How many have the direct connect technology?? Just think of all the royalties, which are pure profit, nxtl will gain for other telcoms to use the direct connect technology........I hope better things are in store for NXTL...happy with $7, but would be happier at $17, $27, $57......<ggg>....
