I don't short stocks other than write covered calls on my core holdings.

With regard to the current Qs (EMLX and other storage stocks (hardware or software like VRTS), I simply feel they are poor proxy for the hightech/NAZ market in general. May be one time they were, but no more.

I wouldn;t use Qs to predict NAZ's movement. I doubt one can leverage maximal NAZ gains by investing in the current Qs. (Wasn't it the whole idea to begin with?)
