T:Legal analysts? They have been shitting on MSFT for the entire proceeding. No one yet has successfully rebutted ne have not attempted to rebut the premise that Balkanizing the code would fragment the industry and do irreperable harm to thousands of third party vendors. The scale provided by the single set of API's is actually a blessing to all who want to participate. The only ones who would benefit as Sanders pointed out would be those with the proprietary systems that embrace both hardware and software. can you guess who they might be? We will see how clever and "wise" INTC has been in this regard. Wait for the next Democratic prez. who wants INTC to cough up. JFD
