Marcos >the engines would retain integrity in recognisable form, but inside... Looking at the pictures of the outside of the building it's clear that the engines didn't even get as far as the walls, let alone through them. Not only are there no engine parts lying around but there isn't even a scratch where the engines should have struck the building. But I don't blame you for not wanting to accept what I am suggesting. The implications are too horrible too contemplate. I've given up trying to predict the demise of the USD so now I don't even look at the chart. But I am pleased that the stock market went up a lot today. Of course, that doesn't do my gold shares much good but it does suggest that war in the ME, and wherever else, could be a little further away.

Marcos, it was the taxi driver interviewed. The plane was flying so low overhead that it took out a light pole which toppled onto the hood of the guy's taxi.

Marcos, here is the "Official Opinion" why no aircraft debris was found at the site of the Pentagon crash. The aluminum of the fuselage is claimed to have combusted at more than 2,500 Celsius within the building and to have been transformed into gas, but the bodies of the passengers which it contained were so little burned that they were later identified from their finger prints. Responding to journalists during a press conference at the Pentagon, the fire chief claimed that "no voluminous debris from the aircraft" had remained, "nor any piece of the fuselage, nor anything of that sort".
