I'm confused on this one. Are you saying law biding citizens are using guns to commit crimes? It's more like formerly law abiding citizens are using guns to commit crimes. That also doesn't even address the "accidental" gun deaths from negligent owners. How about this former law abiding citizen: courier-journal.com TP

We have totally different visions of America. You are deluded to think the Democrats want to take away the 2nd amendment. Post one bit of proof of that from a reliable source. It's only your imagination and the propaganda NRA soft money buys, influencing and scaring the ignorant who are to lazy to research for themselves. By the way, Saturday night specials, cop-killing bullets and automatic weapons (which the NRA wants everyone to be able to buy, even mental cases) are different than hand-guns and rifles for home protection and hunting. Though I must say there's not much left to hunt. I'd give the poor animals a break.
