Sorry, But the reason I posted that about MErrill was because someone who worked for Merrill was told NOT TO SELL DELL to his customers. That was why it WAS appropriate. I was just bringing up the law suite because DELL was not on the list and the person who posted about MER's refusal to sell DELL on this board. Sorry if I offended you. I for one felt it was a good thing that DELL was NOT on the list and the party who once worked for MER was telling us all the truth about them. GO DELL Dorine
