"if this ndx set-up is a failed H&S pattern" whachu talkin bout, BB? If you mean the H&S with tippy-top at 12/06/01, and shoulders in Nov. and Jan., breakdown in early Feb., then it succeeded mightily... or anyway it fulfilled moderately... hit a good first target, re-tested it, may or may not come back again... sorry if it didn't cascade the NDX into negative numbers, but not every breakdown is a freefall from the 4000s... geez... can't please anyone! or are you talking about something else?
