You have often argued that this would not be sufficient, but the problem with that is that you admit that the Israelis have multiple reasons for not wanting to give the above solution to the Palestinians. Put simply, Israel thinks that the settlements serve military purposes, and Israel is loath to give up land because Israel itself is so small.

In negotiations, arguing that the other side won't accept terms which terms you, yourself, find unacceptable is not informative, but self-serving.
