Protection Build for Utica has been posted BTA 453 Utica (27.72% coverage) Nortel. On a side note: Many of Devon's and Northcoasts licenses have buildout deadlines on the 28th. Devons Buffalo buildout looks VERY WEAK! With only a 37.11% converage based on 1990 census data. No coverage in the Niagra Falls area. Looks more like a protection build. Still no buildout data on Devons Pittsburgh, PA market. With Adelphia in the crapper. Devon may be in trouble. As the April 28th deadline approaches, we should see the buildout data roll in.
