We now know how many shares insiders were holding base on the report I extracted below from the filing.
Next step is to determine the number of preferred shares issued after deducting the insiders shares from the float.

Name of Beneficial Amount and Nature Percent
Owner of Group (1) of Beneficial Ownership of Class
------------------- ------------------------ ---------
Frank G. Dickey, Jr. 7,946,450 18.5%

James K. Millard 1,000,000 2.3%

Laura G. White 48,240 *

James Arch 1,000,000 2.3%

Kentrust, Inc. ** 5,161,000 12.0%

** Kentrust, Inc. is a company owned by Frank Dickey (ETCR President and CFO)

I saw that too. The only way I can comfort myself is to say that it says they didn't give any "cash" dividends out, and they talk about keeping future earnings for the co. and not give a cash dividend. Shares are not cash (from the co. so to speak. The cash comes from the investors who buy those shares from you)ALL these Fingers crossed. ;>)))!!!
