edit<the new site is not user-friendly..> quite so, and being user friendly is the most important aspect of a for pay web-site to succeed on the internet It was a very bad decision and to me not satisfactorily explained. The "KISS"(keep it simple stupid) was a vacuous explanation especially since the site they left was ,for me, was nice and simple. Max p.s. plus this recent pushing of the daily sentiment indicators, like that is a big deal.That info i can do quite easily by myself, and the neccessary data is easily available.

robwin--i got an e-mail from Blaine(Security Traders actual moniker), saying he can't understand, the site should be simpler to use, and that which i complained about should be readily available. i wrote back that you are at the wrong end, that you better get to the the costumers end fast and see what they are receiving before you lose a lot of subcribers. i thanked him for the years of education the site had provided me but that i have zero tolerance for this kind of "screw up" when its lacks problem solving nor explanation. i told him to process my cancellation and may that be a wake-up call to him that he has problems.Max
