You know what? I'm just sick of it. This company is one disappointment after another. I'll be sending out email to my followers tomorrow to dump this stock. If this new execution path that AMD has embarked upon is any indication of what we have in store for the next year, or so, I'll buy back in at $8.

Pravin.
I am not short. Just pissed. And, I will repeat, no way in hell AMD makes money in Q2.

Pravin, I wrote May 15 calls on my entire position and got a buck per share. My cost basis is 10.24 so I really don't want to sell.

I don't think this quarter's report will be that bad. I see some evidence that AMD sold a lot of CPU's in the last weeks of the quarter since about a week ago I started seeing many more AMD machines being advertised.

They probably sold at whatever price they could get to at least match last quarters total units. So I expect ASP will be lower than I thought. But the street will take comfort in not losing market share. So I think AMD will drift back down to $13.
