I bought a bunch of FCO on margin yesterday, plan to pay it off if/when my Dow and QQQ poots ripen. Meantime the income(mostly tax exempt) more than pays the margin interest (tax deductible). Maybe this was a good idea, maybe not. Doesn't seem too risky to me.
