(MXT) - and recommends stockpiling positions in other credit-related issues. friggin' geniuses, those Merrill Lynch guys. i have absolutely no idea why they would be investigated by the NY AG <ng> (fwiw, they jacked the stock on a short-covering rally from $17 to $22 on that call) Cheers

Speaking of credit card trash, HI's disclosure still sucks. Nary a word about delinquencies, charge off's or % of receivables overdue in their press release. I guess we'll see if the 10Q is any better.<NG> I'm looking to leg into ACF pretty soon. Lincoln was wrong, those guys DO fool all of the people all of the time!<G>
