Does bombing an anti-Zionist neighborhood seem like an anti-Zionist act or an anti-Jewish act?

Another bombing target was an Israeli Arab-owned restaurant in Haifa. Does this seem like a funny "anti-Zionist" target to you?

The Palestinian suicide bombing campaign is a highly organized endeavor. The organizations recruit "martyr" candidates, question them to be sure they're likely to go through with it, assign counselors to keep the recruits committed till the time to carry out the atrocity and to make sure they don't confess their plan to a relative in advance. Other parts of the organization build the bombs, collect props, and scout targets. The "martyrs" are given clothing with explosives sewn in, sometimes they are supplied props to make them fit in, are escorted to the target and left only a few minutes before the atrocity.

So bombings don't happen at random and they don't simply result from an emotional decision of one individual.
